When can I access my storage unit?
Clients at our Nerang location can access their storage units from 4:00am to 10:00pm daily. If you need assistance from our staff or wish to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
How do I book a unit?
Once you know what unit size you need, you can reserve a unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the enquiry form – just make sure you provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size! You also have 14 days to give us notice should you choose to terminate the agreement.
How much does it cost?
The cost quoted to you depends on the size of the unit and the location you will be storing at. Our units are very affordable and we can easily find something to suit your budget! To find out more please contact your local facility.
How secure are the storage units?
Our units are extremely safe and well guarded. Both of our facilities feature 24/7 CCTV surveillance, PIN code gate access and padlocked units. Please contact your chosen facility for more details.
What can I store in my unit?
We are quite flexible when it comes to storing your items. You can store business documents to furniture, appliances, and sports gear. We also offer car and recreational storage solutions.
How soon can I move in?
You are able to move in straight away providing a Self Storage agreement has been filled out and payment has been made. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your local facility.
Can I purchase packing supplies at your facility?
Yes, our box shop offers a wide range of packing supplies, including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more.
Is there anything I can't store?
For health and safety reasons we do not allow the storing of animals, fresh food, chemicals, flammable substances, explosives, firearms or illegal items.
Is there a maximum storage period?
There is no maximum storage period. Your storage agreement will extend automatically each month until you choose to terminate it.
Can anyone else access my storage unit?
Having a secure and safe facility is our top priority, this is why no one can access your unit other than yourself.
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum rental period at both Box & Lock facilities is one month.
