    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage have 4am-10pm access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

    Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your self storage unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the enquiry form. All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.

    How much does it cost?

    How soon can I move in?

    Moving in to a self storage unit at Box and Lock is quick and painless. Providing you have completed the storage agreement and paid the amount in full, you can move in straight away.

    Is there anything I can't store?

    Like most self storage facilities, Box & Lock does not allow the following items to be stored at the facility. For health and safety reasons the following items are prohibited: the storing of any animals regardless of the size (reptiles and mammals), fresh produce, dangerous liquids & chemicals, explosives, firearms and illegal items.

    Can anyone else access my storage unit?

    At Box & Lock Self Storage our priority is to ensure the safety of our clients and their belongings. In order to main a high level of security we do not allow any one other than the unit owner to have access to their storage unit.

    What is the minimum storage period?

    Like most Self Storage facilities, the minimum Molendinar Storage rental period at both Box & Lock is one month. Please advise the staff of this as an automatic renewal will be applied to your account at the end of each month for our storage units unless otherwise stated.
