    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Nerang have 4am-10pm access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

    Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your self-storage Gold Coast unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the inquiry form. All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.

    How much does it cost?

    Our self-storage association provides affordable storage and we can easily find something to suit your budget! However, there are a few factors that determine the cost quoted to you, such as the size of the unit you require, how many storage units storage periods, and the location you will be storing at.
