    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Nerang have 4am-10pm access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

    Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your self storage unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the enquiry form. All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.

    How much does it cost?

    Our units are affordable and we can easily find something to suit your budget! However, there are a few factors that determine the cost quoted to you, such as the size of the unit you require, how many units you will need, storage period and the location you will be storing at.     How secure are the storage units?

    What can I store in my unit?

    At our Facility, you are able to store a variety of items as we are quite flexible. Items such as business furniture, documents, tools, household appliances (that are not plugged in, household furniture, camping, fishing gear and sports gear. If you require a large storage unit, or vehicle and recreational storage we have a storage solution for you.

    How soon can I move in?

    If we have a Storage unit available at our Nerang Storage facility, at your requested size you will be able to move in straight away. However prior to your move in, you will need to have provided us with a filled out paid self storage agreement form.     Is there anything I can't store?

    We are quite flexible when it comes to the type of items you store, however for health and safety reasons there are a few select items that are not permitted at Self Storage. Items such as fresh food, pets, animals, chemicals, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms or illegal items should not be stored.
