    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Carrara have 24/7 access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

    Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your self storage Carrara unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the enquiry form. All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.

    How much does it cost?

    Our units are affordable and we can easily find something to suit your budget! However, there are a few factors that determine the cost quoted to you, such as the size of the unit you require, how many units you will need, storage period and the location you will be storing at.     If we have a Carrara Storage unit available at our Nerang Storage facility, at your requested size you will be able to move in straight away. However prior to your move in, you will need to have provided us with a filled out paid self storage agreement form.     Is there anything I can't store?

    We are quite flexible when it comes to the type of items you store, however for health and safety reasons there are a few select items that are not permitted at Self Storage Carrara. Items such as fresh food, pets, animals, chemicals, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms or illegal items should not be stored.

    Is there a maximum storage period?

    You can store your items for as long as you wish, until you advise the staff at Carrara when you would like your lease to end. Until advised, your storage agreement will extend automatically each month.

    Can anyone else access my Nerang storage unit?

    Our top priority at Nerang Box & Lock Self Storage is to ensure the security and safety of our clients and their valued items. In order to maintain top level security we do not allow anyone but yourself to have access to the unit.

    What is the minimum Carrara storage period?
