    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Nerang have 4am-10pm access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

However prior to your move in, you will need to have provided us with a filled out paid self storage agreement form.     Is there anything I can't store?

    We are quite flexible when it comes to the type of items you store, however for health and safety reasons there are a few select items that are not permitted at Self Storage Pacific Pines Items such as fresh food, pets, animals, chemicals, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms or illegal items should not be stored.
