Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Nerang have 4am to 10pm access to their storage units. If you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Our facility has 24 hour CCTV video surveillance to ensure your belongings are safe and secure. Each unit is secured with the customer’s own padlock and a unique PIN code is required for gate access. The facility is also pest controlled to protect stored items.

Bundall residents and businesses have access to personal, residential, commercial and recreational vehicle storage at our Nerang facility. Items such as business furniture, documents, tools, household appliances (that are not plugged in), camping, fishing and sports gear are all acceptable. If you require a large storage unit, vehicle storage and recreational storage is available for residential and commercial customers.

Our storage facilities are quite flexible when it comes to the type of items you store, however for health and safety reasons there are a few select items that are not permitted at the Nerang facility. Items such as fresh food, pets, animals, chemicals, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms or illegal items should not be stored.

Our minimum Nerang self storage rental period is one month. Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your unit over the phone or by filling out the enquiry form. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.
