    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Nerang have 4am-10pm access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.
