    When can I access my storage unit?

    How do I book a unit?

    Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your self-storage Gold Coast unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the inquiry form. All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.

    How much does it cost?

However, there are a few factors that determine the cost quoted to you, such as the size of the unit you require, how many storage units storage periods, and the location you will be storing at.     Our storage facilities are quite flexible when it comes to the type of items you store, however for health and safety reasons there are a few select items that are not permitted at the Nerang Facility. Items such as fresh food, pets, animals, chemicals, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms or illegal items should not be stored.

    Is there a maximum storage period?

    You can store your items for as long as you wish, until you advise the staff at Nerang when you would like your lease to end. Until advised, your storage agreement will extend automatically each month.

    Can anyone else access my Nerang storage unit?
