    When can I access my storage unit?

    Clients storing at Box & Lock Self Storage Nerang have 4am-10pm access to their storage units. However if you need assistance from staff or would like to purchase items from our box shop, our office hours are 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

    How do I book a unit?

    Once you know what dimensions you require, you can reserve your self storage unit today over the phone or by simply filling out the enquiry form. All you have to do is provide us with your full name, date you want to move in, storage length and unit size. Should you choose to terminate the agreement, you have 14 days to give us notice.

    How much does it cost?

    Our units are affordable and we can easily find something to suit your budget! However, there are a few factors that determine the cost quoted to you, such as the size of the unit you require, how many units you will need, storage period and the location you will be storing at. Please contact our Self Storage Facility during office hours for further information or to book.

    How secure are the storage units?

    Our Box & Lock Storage facility features a 24/7 CCTV surveillance cameras, individually padlocked storage units, as well as PIN code gate access. If you require further information regarding our Carrara storage security, please contact our Facility during office hours, or send us an enquiry.

    What can I store in my unit?

    At our Facility, you are able to store a variety of items as we are quite flexible. Items such as business furniture, documents, tools, household appliances (that are not plugged in, household furniture, camping, fishing gear and sports gear. If you require a large storage unit, or vehicle and recreational storage we have a storage solution for you.

    How soon can I move in?

    If we have a Storage unit available at our Nerang Storage facility, at your requested size you will be able to move in straight away. However prior to your move in, you will need to have provided us with a filled out paid self storage agreement form. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our facility and we will guide you through the process, quickly and easily!

    Is there anything I can't store?

    We are quite flexible when it comes to the type of items you store, however for health and safety reasons there are a few select items that are not permitted at Self Storage Gold Coast. Items such as fresh food, pets, animals, chemicals, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms or illegal items should not be stored.

    Can anyone else access my Nerang storage unit?

    Our top priority at Nerang Box & Lock Self Storage is to ensure the security and safety of our clients and their valued items. In order to maintain top level security we do not allow anyone but yourself to have access to the unit.

    What is the minimum Carrara storage period?
